Calibration Services

Carlin Process Control Ltd. offer site calibration services of the following;

• Temperature, Thermocouple and RTD inputs.
  
• DC mA,mV and voltage process inputs up to 10V
  
• Pressure 0-10,000 psi
  
• Vacuum to-900mBar
  
• Humidity 0-100% RH
  

All of our calibration procedures comply with the requirements of BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2000 and ISO9002. A fully documented and implemented Quality Manual is available to all our customers on request.

All calibration equipment is calibrated and directly traceable to UKAS and a copy of our certification is supplied if required for traceability purposes.

Our quality system is audited and approved by some of our customers, (e.g. Chelton Radomes formerly British Aerospace Systems & Equipment) and we are open to audit and approval by our customer's Quality Assurance Representatives. We are currently in the process of gaining UKAS accreditation for our calibration services.

Our procedures are in accordance with BS 2M 54 and AMS2750 and we provide charts annotated with both digital and/or analogue results in accordance with your needs.

Temperature uniformity surveys are carried out using data recording equipment from Chessell and UKAS calibrated sensors. We are able to survey and temperature profile cold rooms, fridges, ovens and furnaces from 1 to 16 points and temperatures up to 1200 deg C.
